Who we are
Connect Community Trust is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting rough sleepers and people affected by homelessness, exclusion, and crisis. Built on years of trusted community work, we exist to provide stability, dignity, and real opportunities for individuals facing some of the toughest challenges in life.
Our work brings together an experienced and compassionate team who have long delivered homelessness and recovery services across the region. Through projects such as Housing First and The Dairy House, we offer evidence-based, person‑centred support that helps people move from crisis to independence. From securing long‑term tenancies to providing abstinence‑based residential recovery, our approach focuses on rebuilding confidence, nurturing well‑being, and empowering people to take positive steps forward.
We value strong partnerships and remain committed to working closely with local councils, housing providers, and volunteers. These relationships ensure continuity of care and help us create community‑based solutions that are both sustainable and transformative.
At the heart of Connect Community Trust is a belief in the power of connection. By offering compassionate support, practical help, and welcoming community spaces, we aim to prevent crisis, strengthen resilience, and help people rediscover hope. Our mission is simple: to walk alongside every individual with professionalism, respect, and unwavering commitment.
